Oral 15: The reward system

The brain’s reward system receives extra stimulation from amphetamine. This makes you feel joyful, more self-confident and more talkative. Your senses of hunger and fatigue are also suppressed, and you believe you are thinking faster and more clearly.

High doses of amphetamine can cause panic attacks or make you feel paranoid. Aggression and psychiatric symptoms can also occur.
